Our restaurant was recognised by the “Piemonte a Tavola” guide with the 'Cucina di Tradizione' award, presented by the Consorzio Formaggio Piave with the following motivation: 'For a 'true' and pure cuisine, attentive and respectful of raw materials, capable of imprinting the most authentic values of tradition on the plate and in the memory'.
