Ristorante Cacciatori Cartosio is also reviewed in Luciano Bertello's book ‘La cucina del putagé, Saperi del fare e patrimoni di umanità fra Langhe-Roero, Monferrato e Tortonese (Sorì Edizioni)’. The italian work, completed with photographs by Sergio Ardissone, was presented in late 2025 and aims to tell the stories of those restaurants that still use stoves to prepare traditional Piedmontese dishes.
